Strange behaviour !!!!
Until now, Diodon histryx used to be very shy, and swam quickly under cover, when I tried to take a picture ... this one began to let me approach, then came with me... went to a zone with 70 cm of water only, and stood with me for a long time. I could come very close to it , and it just stood with me, and waiting... I could have touched it .... and I could take very close picture... I am very surprised by this unusual behavior... can somebody explain this to me ???

Although photos taken on separate days the two adults and juveniles were seen feeding on Trema tomentosa in my backyard on 14th February. Initially adult Pale-headed Rosella was seen with juveniles on the 10th Feb and subsequent days until the female Eastern was sighted with the family on the 14th Feb. Hopefully I will capture the family together over next few days

I've decided to post this image again, with the SUBJECT now the Western Cleaner Clingfish on the midfield Zebrafish ,because the cropped version nicely shows one of these Zebrafish clients' tricks for gaining the host's attention. The Zebrafish with the WCC on it has altered its bands so they don't match up on L and R sides. This may also indicate a degree of tactile rapture related to the contact with the host, but whatever the basis, AFAIK this 'switching' from bilaterally symmetrical bars to asymmetric bars has only been documented when Zebrafish are being cleaned. (By a WCC in this case, but possibly they sometimes also do it when being cleaned by other hosts eg Rockpool Shrimp, juvenile Moonlighter and juvenile Pencil Weed Whiting).
*If anyone has photographic evidence of any client species other than Zebrafish presenting overt morphological asymmetry (L vs R) as a transient phenomenon specific to a client host interaction, I would greatly appreciate their contacting me, or simply posting their observations on inat.

This could be the same fish as in this observation: https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/79139696. A furry bit can be seen just behind its left eye. Taken in May, you can see that the progression of the disease has occurred in a fairly short time.
Both observations were taken at the sea horse hotels.

Drifting under cover of a floating piece of plastic. The moment I touched it's plastic raft, it started swimming away but kept close to the surface. After some time closely following to get a clear shot, it chose to grab onto the floating line of my diving buoy. Line thickness is 0.5cm and distance between blue marks is 1.5cm.
