Habitat is very specific and this plant cannot be cultivated
(Please note the exact location is obscured to protect this rare plant from collectors)
I have not looked for them at the other near by parks - mainly Dogwood Canyon, Cedar Mountain Preserve, and Cedar Hill State Park.
I am told these also are in the Big Bend area of Texas but not many other places.
Hexalectris warnockii are blooming
One solitary plant growing on the edge of a ravine alongside a creek.
