I think so. Habitat correct, open, roadside bank, with sparse grasses and lots of pine needles. However, image is of a plant in the dry state and the leaves do look to have teeth. Did not collect a specimen.
Common. Saxicolous on greywacke talus slope just above high tide mark. Plants with sporophytes.
Subfossil. Occasional specimens noted lying on former. forest floor exposed by shifting sand
Locally common - these specimens (dead) retrieved from where they had washed into pools of water within the numerous ephemeral stream courses lining the cliffs
Trackside on the Gordon's Knob uptrack from Inwood Lookout. Abundant in this location.
