Diario de bconyirimba

Since joining iNaturalist, the way that I see the neighborhood around me has drastically changed. I have gone on runs, walks, bike rides, and car rides countless times around these streets all of my life, however it wasn't until after joining iNaturalsist that I have taken time to take in the plant life around me. Every time that I step outside of my house, I notice more and more plant life that I never took notice of before. For instance, a couple of days ago during a run around streets nearby, I saw a reoccurring purple colored weed that seems to have spread throughout the entire neighborhood! I am very excited to see what other new things I will soon find.

Earlier this week I went on a run throughout my town on one of the sunnier days. I was extremely surprised to see the rapidly increasing amount of vegetation that was blooming. Although the whole country has more or less come to a halt, it is extremely encouraging and satisfying to observe as nature continues to flourish all around us. I was able to spot some breathtaking rhododendrons! I am very excited to see what else I'll find on my next run or walk :)
