Bat removed from Chardon Middle School and released. Wingspan was approximately 10 inches. (The box in the photo is 10 inches wide, which is nearly the same as its wingspan.)
I'm not sure what kind of shrub this is, but the bees absolutely loved it!
I'd never seen this before: a double-leaf on a common milkweed plant (with a monarch butterfly caterpillar on each half of the leaf).
I think this is a "reddish-brown stag beetle," Lucanus capreolus.
I think these are "Small Milkweed Bugs," but I'm not 100% sure; I have a hard time telling the nymphs apart.
