I think it may be a turkey feather. There has been a family of turkeys running back and forth across the road between the corn fields.

Found this on a sink in the backyard. I'm guessing that it's some kind of slug.

While this plant had to have been there last week, I hadn't noticed it because it wasn't blooming then. It's the only plant like it in the area.

This plant surprised us. The leaves look like they are from a wild grape vine but the plant has dark pink flowers.

Transplanted some peach and apricot trees this afternoon. These little characters weren't around before the trees went into the ground but this evening, there were about 6 on each of the peach seedlings and the apricot was covered in them. And they all seem to be dead. I wiped them all off but I'm worried about what I need to look for now.

Found a bunch of these flowers near the road at the edge of the bush. I walk this route every day that I can and they weren't there last year.

This tree is at the edge of the forest with, at the present time, a wheat field to the west. The tree is approximately 30 feet tall and seems to be the only one of it's variety in the area.

Picked this feather up at the side of the road near something that was definitely decomposing. I'm guessing that it isn't from a turkey vulture, but probably a hawk?

A number of similar feathers were on the ground near our hummingbird/oriole feeders. I didn't think that orioles were that yellow.

Seems to be some kind of cherry. Tree was near the road at the edge of a gully. Leaves are similar in shape to those on our sour cherry tree but large and thinner.
