This is spreading around all my indoor succulents, forming isolated furry spots in hollows between spines, then spawning 'offshoots'. The ball in the first photo is 2 mm diameter; the 2nd shows when the fluff is lightly brushed away, about 1 mm diameter. When everything is wiped off with alcohol, a number of tiny specks remain each of which can regenerate.
