Tracking tunnel left out from the 21 - 24 april 2015. Bait consisted of a large tablespoon of peanut butter. Tunnel was left beside a gutter that runs along the side of a house.

The small dot like prints look like mice prints, however these were very hard to see.

The larger tracks appear to be those of rats:

The house beside the tunnel has rats that live in the ceiling every winter (I hear them at night).

Some much smaller dot like prints have also been made that look like mice prints, however these were very hard to see:

Observation occurred during bird count 3/3 of the area.

Time of observation: 15:10-15:30

One Zosterops lateralis individual was spotted during a 20minute bird count in my suburban backyard. The individual was observed amongst a large Malus domestica for roughly one minute feeding on fruit.

The yard is located on exposed hilly terrain less than 100m from grazing land. Yard is also frequented by two domesticated Felis catus

Photographs of Zosterops lateralis were unsuccessful. A phonograph of the Malus domestica is shown along with another shot giving an overview of the yard.

No other Aves were spotted during this particular bird count.

Observation occurred during bird count 2/3 of the area.

Time of observation: 09:10-09:30

Two Passer domesticus individuals were spotted during a 20minute bird count in my suburban backyard. These two individuals congregated at the top of a large Malus domestica for roughly five minutes. One of the Passer appeared to be feeding on the fruit of the Malus domestica or eating something on the fruit.

The yard is located on exposed hilly terrain less than 100m from grazing land. Yard is also frequented by two domesticated Felis catus

Photographs of Passer domesticus were unsuccessful due to being obscured by leaves and fruit. A phonograph of the Malus domestica is shown along with another shot giving an overview of the yard.

Rhipidura fuliginosa was also observed during this particular bird count:
