There were a few egrets out in the morning, some smaller than others. This egret was found alone standing about 3 feet tall. During observation the egret continued to look for food. The other egrets were found throughout the park also looking for food.

This seedless vascular plant was found just under a tree. There were many ferns growing right in front of the trees at this park. This organism stood about 3-4 feet tall. On this day the weather was in the 50s. I was not able to get close enough to look for the spori.
