This organism was under a foot tall and was found in a marshy area. The squirrel was first found eating something from the branch of a tree and continued to forage while being observed. This squirrel was the only one to be seen in the morning. Although only one squirrel was observed they can usually be found anywhere when walking around. There were a few egrets out in the morning, some smaller than others. This egret was found alone standing about 3 feet tall. During observation the egret continued to look for food. The other egrets were found throughout the park also looking for food.

This seedless vascular plant was found just under a tree. There were many ferns growing right in front of the trees at this park. This organism stood about 3-4 feet tall. On this day the weather was in the 50s. I was not able to get close enough to look for the spori.
