I'm a zoologist who's worked on SEQ microbats (taxonomy, echolocation calls and roost trees), then the wild and wonderful endangered mammals of WA (Gilbert's potoroos and Project Eden), interspersed with 28 seasons of sea turtles. I now live in Cairns and spend most weekends bushwalking.
