Horticulturist, conservationist, and graduate student pursuing a Master's in Entomology. I want to learn everything about the abiotic and biotic factors that take a role in an ecosystem, especially so I can understand how each part is affected with the upcoming climate crisis. I'm currently working to create a invertebrate refuge at Zoo New England, where we are implementing a 3-year long pollinator survey to see our biodiversity and population numbers on the property. I'm super interested in these plant-insect interactions, especially when anthropogenic causes have a play in these interactions. I have the hope that we can up our biodiversity on the property, especially since we are bringing in lots of new native plant species!
