I am based in Snowdonia National Park in Wales. I like springtails, harvestmen, moths, lichen, fungi… and pretty much everything else. I go out into the woods nearly every day, and have made a hobby of spotting bugs by looking very closely at fenceposts, rocks and trees.

I enjoy identifying harvestmen on iNaturalist, and stuff that’s been uploaded to the “unknown” category. I mostly ID things from the UK as that is the area I know the most about.

I’m just an amateur, but I have a lot of enthusiasm, and books and charts to help me with my IDs. I’ve got a ‘Harvestmen of the British Isles’ chart I’m particularly fond of.
