Previous experience with avian rehabilitation. Currently a Research Biologist with a focus on raptors at the Vermont Institute of Natural Science. My most prolific project at the moment is monitoring American Kestrel nest boxes, banding adults and nestlings.

All in-hand birds in my photos were handled for the purpose of scientific research under a federally authorized bird banding permit issued by the US Geological Survey and in accordance with all state permitting requirements.
