Hi there! My name is Juan and I'm a tropical ecologist from Costa Rica and also an Ecology and Evolution PhD Candidate at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. I study bat-pollinated bellflowers in the genus Burmeistera (family Campanulaceae) and their bat pollinators in Central and South America. I opened my iNaturalist account a while ago but only recently started to use it. I have a huge backlog of natural history observations to post (both related and unrelated to my PhD work) so please bear with me taking baby steps on this app! :)
