Hi! I’m Emily Griffoul, the Conservation Scientist at Betty Ford Alpine Gardens in Vail, CO. We focus on the plants of the alpine and my work is guided by the North American Botanic Garden Strategy for Alpine Plant Conservation. I am excited to join the iNaturalist community and to keep learning about all the amazing plants and animals in CO! I use Jennifer Ackerfield’s Flora of Colorado (2015) as my primary key, and I’m open to suggestions if I’ve misidentified something.
