I studied botany (PhD, University of Adelaide) and although my career meandered through a few other fields over the intervening decades, I have managed to maintain an interest in botany for more that 40 years. My primary focus is grasses and chenopods, although I enjoy photographing all plants and any other wildlife I may encounter.
