Currently a guest in the Salish Sea area of the northwest; traveling in the western U.S. with focus on wilderness areas, wildlife refuges, national parks; Identifications focused on Falconiformes; Anatidae; and primarily large Mammals in western U.S.
Next trip: to the Ozarks (fall 2023)

In terms of awe in nature: Orca, Osprey, Cinnamon Teal, Wood Duck, Chinook Salmon, Wolf, Coyote, Elk, Mule Deer, Grizzly Bear, Western Tanager, Hummingbirds, Rattlesnakes, field of wildflowers, aspens with fall colors, night sky with stars, alpine lakes, and cutthroat trout rising in the early evening.
