My interest has always run amok in almost all sciences, a condition that may necessitate counseling as it appears to be getting worse as I age. I am currently trying to become knowledgeable of the plants, birds, insects, and critters of the Edwards Plateau upon which I live. I am more so a sleuth rather than scientist in describing my identification capabilities. I am a Texas Master Naturalist, photographer, member of the Boerne Native Plant Society managing the NICE! Program, and co-founder of our local nature club. Since 2003 I have been an Interpretive Guide at Honey Creek State Natural Area.
