I'm about 3 years late but I just updated the boundaries used by the project to be more inclusive of the viewshed and R/Ws surrounding the park, as well as the additional acreage the Town added in early 2020. Also I resigned from my position as caretaker in early 2019 but I still live right down the road, which is why I don't do anything with this project anymore other than submit cool things I see in the ditch along the road.

Also, the official list is over 1575 species! This is compiled in excel between iNaturalist, e-butterfly, eBird, and traditional spreadsheets I have from naturalist groups and SMEs.

I just recompiled the full biodiversity list again for the heck of it and we're at 1475 species total! So close yet so far from 1500. I hope to hit that goal by the end of 2018.

I just compiled the iNaturalist list with all my external lists and the current species total is 1431!

Well 1000 species came and went like that, and there's so much more to see!

Wooo! Can the Rox break 1K species? Time will tell. If entomology continues to pay off like it has been then I have no doubts about it at all.
