Garden Goals for 2022!

I've decided to give a bit more care and attention to the garden this year. These are my goals for 2022:

General:
Try to grow plants from seeds indoors.
Find more pots to put in the front garden and in the back.

Front Garden:
Upgrade the front garden with more flowering plants (both potted and in the ground).
Control the Nettles and Bindweed so they don't overgrow all the other plants.
Add submerged plants to the wine keg pond, and maybe some more marginals.
Keep the Robinia short to allow sunlight into the front garden throughout the year.
Record the insects that make use of it all!

Garden:
Clean out the pond and add more plants (both submerged and marginall).
Finish the planters leading up to the pond, and add bricks around the pond so the liner is covered.
Keep adding fallen and cut branches from the square to the habitat piles.
Finish the bamboo border along the footpath.
Add plants to empty pots and patches of bare ground.
Plant more climbers and place more trellises and constructions for them to climb in.
Keep feeding and counting the birds regularly.

Lots of flowering Yellow Archangel, being visited by bumblebees.

Flowers everywhere!

Magpie visited the hanging basket on my windowsill.

Starling in the garden once, maybe because of apples I threw out? Starlings still sitting on their roof corner.

19th of April: Great tits bringing nesting material to the sparrow box underneath the balcony.
