Well, that's the DOI on the paper, so I am not sure what is happening there. The title is "Multilocus phylogenetic and coalescent-based methods reveal dilemma in generic limits, cryptic species, and a prevalent intercontinental disjunct distribution in Geopyxis (Pyronemataceae s. l., Pezizomycetes)." They sequenced three ascocarps in the isotype, and all nested in carbonaria. Rehmii, deceptiva, and alpina are completely indistinguishable except with sequences, but only the first two have been detected in the Pacific Northwest.
The DOI link is broken. Would it be possible to post a working number, or the name of the paper?
