Data Technician at the Vermont Center for Ecostudies
Birder since the age of 9, attempting to become a more well-rounded naturalist.
Previously a teaching assistant at the University of Vermont for Ornithology and Birding for Change, a field technician for the Bobolink Project in Shelburne, VT, and a point count technician for the 2nd Maine Bird Atlas. UVM graduate with a degree in Wildlife Biology.
Although I will always be a birder, I have recently developed a deeper interest in moths, bees, butterflies, fungi, lichens, odonates, wildlife tracking, and beetles, largely thanks to iNaturalist and the fantastic community of naturalists here!
Always open to suggestions, corrections, and learning from mistakes.
Here's a link to all of the identifications I've helped make so far! - Nathaniel's Identifications
