My name is Eve and I love nature! I was trained as a naturalist at Pepperwood Preserve through the University of California. I am a preschool teacher for a Reggio style school. I just completed my master's of science of Environmental Policy and Management with and emphasis in Fish and Wildlife Management. Now I am currently studying Remote Sensing (drones) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Web Design.

Nature is fascinating. I am interested in the ecology of California from the perspective of plants. I like to learn what relies on the plants and conversely what the plants rely on to live. I find myself interested in phenophase shifts. It strikes me when I see the first flower bloom in its season, the first deciduous leaf fall, the first seed germinating, etc. We are living in a changing world and it is worth observing her shifts. Just got a trail camera and it's my new favorite toy! I enjoy non-invasive observing of nature. There is so much to learn.
