According to the key to Carebara of India this species has 9 segmented antennae. (https://www.antwiki.org/wiki/Key_to_Carebara_of_India#:~:text=There%20are%20three%20keys%20to,workers%20and%20one%20for%20queens.)
However after cross checking with the original description this was found to be erroneous as the type specimen had 11 segmented antennae. https://antcat.org/references/128093
(In this observation) The species was found to be polymorphic as there were multiple sizes of major workers present (4-6mm) along with minor workers that were around 2mm in length. Trails were made through subterranean tunnels as seen in many species of Carebara. They were swarming over a dead cricket leg.
