Tentatively; Flowering much earlier (April 18th) than the one record of S. praecox in the county (May 28, 1984). Outside of perianth green veined. Growing in shaded understory of mixed pine/hardwoods on edge of sandstone outcrop/glade (not out in the open). Sepals spreading outward.
