Confirming an ID, Merlin suggested Eastern Meadowlark but this bird doesn't seem to have consistent streaks on the breast and the white malar isn't terrible visible (even in the grainy photo)
Confirming an ID, the malar stripe seems white (indicating Eastern) but the eye stripe seems brown rather than black (indicating Western) and the breast doesn't seem to show solid streaks (indicating Western).
