250 microns, I see 9 contractile vacuoles working in the video along the lower edge and 2 large macronuclei

A water sample was collected on 2/24/20021, using a 10 micron net to enrich for microorganisms, at a culvert outflow. Unlike most of the impoundment surface, the collection area was free of ice. Air temp. 47F.

Water from a bird bath that experienced a deep freeze. Collected 2/24/2021, at which time the only visibly organisms were algae and small flagellates. Allowed to warm up for seven days and observed again.

Found in dirty aquarium water after staining with methylene blue (possibly Eosin Y too. I don't think so, but I can't be sure). I didn't see anything similar before staining.
