In silk sack between rock and leaf litter, on upper bank of creek. I will add better photos as time permits.

Under rock on north facing hillside with Pinus and Pseudotsuga.
Three females, two sub-adults and one mature, found in close proximity to each other (within 5 cm area) on underside of rock with narrow overhang above ground. Surrounding habitat consisted of many rocks on a steep hillside with Picea trees.
The species is likely Usofila flava, based on location.
Found beneath large rock in north facing hillside with lots of moss and thick organic detritus. A small overhand along one edge of the rock held this spider's small sheet like web. After searching under many other rocks and around the same initial rock no other individuals could be located.
After looking under the microscope, this beauty definitely has 6 eyes in three groups with a darkened 'w' band around the anterior of the opithsoma (see last picture), distinct characteristics of Usofila. Since Usofila flava is the only species known from UT this is the identification I am going with.
Seen at the base of shrubs outside Antelope Island visitor center.
