Growing in dirt, under oak and sycamore. Cap about 16 cm across, smooth, mostly dull white, buff at margin. Pores yellow to olive and look full. No blueing on pores or cap when bruised.

Growing under sycamores, high on bank of intermittent stream. Three others in the vicinity.

Boat ramp

Growing on a bank along the side of the trail under a Douglas fir and redwood trees. A few small ones scattered you can see in the background of the photos.

They do seem to get big at times.
