I recorded the vegetation on the "Interim Walkway" on the northern spur of the High Line. Unlike the stretch to the south, this section has not been planted as a garden, but has been left to showcase the vegetation that established itself when the high line was an abandoned rail track.
ALL plants in this section, and in my observations from this section, are supposed to have established spontaneously, therefore they are NOT "captive or cultivated"
