Mite attached to right antenna
Much stronger transverse lines than X. dilucida at MPG and Bugguide, as well as more contrasting ST area and terminal chevrons. Beaded antennae suggests this is a female. Dark scales connect the AM and PM lines at the inner margin.

Opostegoides scioterma. Photographed in Toronto, Ontario on 3 July 2015. I'm pretty sure the identification is correct on this tiny 3-4mm moth. The general pattern, range and flight period all seem to point to this diminutive species.
