Field Notes - There is a little bit of this in our school nature reserve. We think it is blackberry. It has spikey canes and the leaves have little prickles too. We took the photo for the weed challenge. Blackberry is a problem on farms and in the bush around here.

Additional comments? - 3 Sulfur-crested cockatoos, spotted at Macquarie University at around 2pm. They were feasting on cotoneaster berries in a garden.
