Large (?) Oregon ash in northern area of the “Chela Mela” meadow at the Oregon Country Fair site. My measurement of 37 inches for diameter at breast height (using a DBH tape) may need to be redone more perfectly perpendicular to the grain of the wood, since the tree is growing at an angle. Though the leaves were not out, I’ve seen this tree in the summer, and there were some remnant leaves and fruits still attached to the tree on this date.
