- Spottail Shiner - introduced location. Found in 2 NE BC lakes, native to one, introduced to the other.
- Pygmy Whitefish
- Cowichan (Vancouver) Lamprey - endemic
- Green Sturgeon (anadromous)
- Salish Sucker - undescribed Chehalis fauna species
- Cultus Pygmy Sculpin - distinct form of C. aleuticus (endemic)
- Nooksack Dace - undescribed Chehalis fauna species
