I am a geologist with the Alabama Geological Survey. During the fall, winter, and spring seasons I spend much of my time in the field studying and mapping the geology of Alabama. I enjoy seeing and identifying plants and insects while in the field. When not in the field I enjoy learning more about the flora and fauna of my neighborhood. I am most interested in plants native to Alabama.
