I am a lawyer by profession, a weekend naturalist, and a pretty clumsy photographer. I have been fascinated by trees, wildflowers and insects. Though handicapped by the fact that I have had absolutely no formal training in the sciences I have managed to publish two books on the “Butterflies of Sri Lanka” and “Wildflowers of Sri Lanka” with a lot of help. My latest fascination is spiders but need all the help I can get in identifying them.
