Trained as a geologist, but now work in the museum sector, with photohistory my speciality. I live near Tauranga, but travel and hike as much as possible. I'm a keen photographer, interested in native flora (particularly orchids), fauna, landscapes, both natural and man-made, keen to learn lots more about what I find, and happy to share what I've seen and learnt along the way.
