I'm conservation chair for the Friends of los Peñasquitos Canyon Preserve. Fought to save the land from development, now lead restoration efforts. Also co-founder and past president of the California Invasive Plant Council. Retired from a habitat restoration business. Headed up a coalition of land trusts and related groups to support a ballot measure to raise $850 million to conserve land, monitor endangered species and restore habitat.
