Californian molecular biologist currently studying wasp spiders (Argiope bruennichi) in Europe. As I know next to nothing about the flora and fauna in my new home in northern Germany, iNaturalist helps me get a better idea of what I'm looking at. I also love iNaturalist for recording field observations for my own research, and I've started using it as an outreach tool for introducing others to their native biodiversity.
