Welcome to my profile in this amazing community. I'm an brazilian Phd student in Philosophy of Biology (Federal University of Bahia, Brazil), with master degree in Philosophy (Federal University of Santa Catarina, Brazil) and graduated in Biological Sciences (Federal University of Paraiba). My work is purely philosophical-theoretical, focused in the Philosophy of Biological Systematics, with emphasis in the ontological foundations of the Hennigian Phylogenetic Systematics. Thus, it is not surprising that I take immense pleasure in diving into the ocean of observations of terrestrial life contextualized by its systematic/taxonomic ordering.

Furthermore, and contradicting the steriotype of philosophy-oriented biologists, i love to have concrete naturalistic experiences and to explore the registers of nature made it by other people. I hope to make some future contributions to the platform, but for now my aim here is simply to explore and enjoy the pictures of the wonderful semaphoronts of our planet Earth.
