Field ornithologist based in South Australia, with a particular focus on threatened species. Birds are my primary passion and field of expertise, but I have an adoration for tetrapods of all shapes and sizes, and am increasingly using this site for Hymenoptera and other arthropods.

I currently use a Canon EOS 7D Mark II with EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II USM and EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM, and occasionally my iPhone 13 Pro.
