I am a retired Family Physician living in South Jordan, Utah, USA. I have been interested in anything that moves or grows since I was a young child. That fascination in nature has increased and has expanded since retirement. I am most interested in spiders, beetles and moths. Especially the Theraphosidae, Salticidae, Sphingidae, Saturniidae and Cerambycidae . I am also interested in birding, nature photography - especially macro photography. I have been rearing butterflies and moths for 40 plus years and enjoy documenting their life histories.
