I'm originally from the UK, I graduated in 2010 with a degree in Ecology from the University of Edinburgh. I then spent a year interning in Nevada as a riparian restoration technician before returning to the UK for spells working in invasive species removal and as a park ranger.
In 2013 I moved to Canada, I spent some time in Alberta growing native plant species for oil sands reclamation before moving to the maritimes where I spent several years working in garden center management and the production of ornamentals.
For the last couple of years I have been self employed in a non related field but I still stay involved where i can with a particular passion for native insect and plant identification.
