High school student in Pittsburgh PA.

I'm an avid hiker, photographer, botanizer, birder, and all-around naturalist enjoying life in the Oak Forest region of PA. I have a passion for ecology, sustainability, and gardening (currently adding to an ever-growing native backyard landscape). My specialty is identifying the birds of Eastern North America but I am just as passionate about other taxa as well.

I am a co-coordinator of the Pittsburgh Christmas Bird Count, a member of Pittsburgh Youth for Climate Action (PYCA), the Three Rivers Birding Club (3RBC), the Western PA Mushroom Club, and the Western Pennsylvania horticultural society. I also volunteer for the Pittsburgh Parks where I've led bird walks for elementary school campers, and I've started to lead walks for the 3RBC.
