hello I am SageOst
I expect I am among the younger naturalists using the site. While others before college may spread their studies more around many subjects, I make nature my central subject of study, so I have learned a lot, for my age, about the plants, fungi, and animals I have studied!
I identify globally and help confirm or correct observations that would not otherwise be looked over!
I specialize in weeds in the King County area and under observed areas.

I also do Identification mainly in Washington and China, as well as the Southern states occasionally. Otherwise i'm just dinking around worldwide or on projects.
I also do IDs for those I follow! (My feed is crazy so i don't get to everything)

I follow back. trying to learn as much as I can about the natural world so that I can be the best identifier I can be!

Top observer in Hackensack MN- I took over 2000 photos on my phone on that trip!
Has mapped out a near perfect observation map of the Eastside Rail Trail.

Currently going into my Junior year ( I'm 16)... Still have encyclopedic knowledge about plants within my region!
Did running start/doing running start so 2024-2025 will be a lot less school based- imma still have time on my hands to go places to take photos!
