Link to the "Afrotropical Butterfly Database" please. This is per Mark Williams (up to date), which has been the source in use for years.
Taxonomic changes on iNaturalist aren't based on specific papers, but rather the adoption of the changes proposed in papers by recognized databases or frameworks (such as Williams Encyclopaedia).

@tonyrebelo Well, I'm an ass. Sincerely Tony, my apologies. The copy of the document I've been using is 2 weeks older than the new updated pdf, and I had not realized Williams (following Bernaud) had once again reversed positions on ssp. rosa. I'll reinstate and be more careful next time.
